Chapter activities are conducted primarily for the benefit of H.O.G. chapter
members riding Harley-Davidson motorcycles. Below are the categories of
activities, all activities are identified as follows:
• OPEN EVENTS
are those chapter events which are open to chapter members, national
H.O.G. members and other guests as desired.
General H.O.G. Club
Meetings are Open Events and are scheduled the
second
Tuesday of every month. They are geared toward having fun,
fellowship and good eats. General Meetings leave at 6:15PM from Wild
West Harley-Davidson unless stated otherwise. You may also meet us
at the destination if you prefer.
Guests are welcome
to attend an Open Event up to three (3) times to
see
if our club is something they would like to join however must
complete and sign the appropriate release forms (go to LINKS page)
before joining an Open Event.
• CLOSED EVENTS
are those chapter events which may be attended only by FLATLANDER
chapter members and one guest per member.
H.O.G. Club road trips and dinner runs are Closed Events. Dinner runs
are every Tuesday evening except the second Tuesday of each month
Guests are welcome to attend a dinner run up to three (3) times to see if
our club is something they would like to join however must complete
and sign the appropriate release forms (go to LINKS page) before
joining a Closed Event.
Saturday and Sunday rides
are scheduled periodically during the
warmer months
and are Closed Events. Guests are welcome to attend

to three (3) times to see if our club is something they would like to
join however must complete and sign the appropriate release forms
(go to LINKS page) before joining a Closed Event.
Chapter members must be current both on National HOG and Flatlander
Chapter yearly dues.
• MEMBER EVENTS
are
events that are open only to H.O.G. members.
• OFFICER and
ROADCAPTAIN MEETINGS
are closed meetings and only
FLATLANDER HOG Officers and/or
Road Captains may
attend.
